Wasilla and Palmer, our twin cities that are 10 miles apart, each have about 8,000 people and can cater to any need... they are both located on the Alaska Railroad and the George Parks Highway and Glenn Highway, respectively, so they are convenient in reaching any area within Alaska and all the way to Canada.
With Wasilla Lake and Lake Lucille located nearby, as well as Glacier Park, and many other local historical attractions and events, you will never find yourself wondering what to do while you are living in the Mat-Su Valley!
